52 year old Gentle man
1st hair transplant done on 07th Nov 2003. total of 2207 grafts were transplanted 2nd session (actual file lost) according to payment calculation about 1800 to 2000 grafts probably transplanted on 08th Jan 2005. Use to wear hair piece. so total grafts done were anything between 3800 to 4200

Dear Friends
I try to only post the difficult cases like type VI or VII. The simple reason, this is where the real test of surgeons ability to distribute the grafts and give an illusion comes into lime light. I think given the numbe of grafts for type III to IV most of the trained surgeons would be able to give a reasonble results. Its this Type VI n VII that is the most challanging cases. Please comment, I am becomming better with photoshop now.....

Another unconventional approach to restoring hair on a patient with this degree of loss, but once again very impressive in my opinion, based on the pictures you provided. A couple more angles, including one from the back would help. Have you considered shooting and posting any videos of your patients?
