60 year old gentleman with androgenic alopecia class Va, undergoing hair transplantation with 3,659 grafts /6,467 hairs. Average density was about 40 grafts per cm2 and coverage was from hairline to posterior midscalp. On follow up after one year,the scar was really nice and unnoticeable.
