A doctor couldn't ask for a better type patient on whom to perform crown repair. Excellent donor area, solid front and top, great hair characteristics. This patient had it all.
Here are his before and after photos 8 months apart. I also included the intraopertive photos to spice up the album. Enjoy. We will post the one year pics when we reach that time.

Dr. Feller,
Having been one who started losing his hair with a bald spot, I know just how emotionally discouraging it can be. But you've taken this patient's bald spot and filled it in with hair creating a beautifully designed natural sworl. I bet you this patient is thrilled! Is this patient on any hair loss medication to prevent the further progression of hair loss? It appears by his photos that he has some thinning around the area and without medical treatment, he may end up with the halo effect and mimimal hair in the vertex. I'd love to hear your long term plan with this patient. Best wishes, Bill

Thank you, Bill.
Patients don't get much more satisfied and happy than this one. As has happened so many times in the past he forgot the extent of his baldness and almost fell off the chair when I showed him his preop pictures. All the more easy for a patient to forget who had his crown worked on. No, he is not on any medication for hairloss. He is in his forites and the rest of hair is stable so I'm not too concerned about future loss. If he wanted a propecia script, I'd give it to him, but he declined for his own reasons. He should visit again in a few months. I'll take more pics of his then. I think I have a video of this past visit, but I haven't edited it down yet. I'll post it when I find it.

Dr. Feller
This a huge difference only at 8 months; he still has a lot of growing and thickening to do. Excellent work. Looking forward to seeing the video.
