I did not post all the photos from the previous album, but a good portion of them to show the result

Description per Dr. Mohamnd

------------------

45 year old gentle man
Three sessions done
1) 2162 grafts Jan 2005.
2) 1860 Grafts July 2006
3) 1025 grafts March 2006

Picture taken 8th Feb2007 before 4th session so this result is of 5047 grafts.

The session was deliberately small one as I did not want him to look odd from back if I do bigger session.

This is an optical density, in my terms we create an illusion

"Its Just an Illusion" of denser hair

FenderPlayer,

Please check your private messages.

For those of you who missed the memo, I do not want anymore public debate over edited photos. As I said:

I'd appreciate that the discussion of editing photos and any unrelated discussion like laser therapy does not continue on the new thread. If you have any further opinions on the matter that you feel compelled to discuss, please send me a private message on the matter and we can continue to discuss.

Result looks decent, Id like to see top down without a flash though.

Most importantly - I would also like to see the original version of the after pic that Joe mentioned in the other thread.

P.S. Bill I hope that second paragraph wasnt saying too much for this thread?
you have a new PM as well

FenderPlayer,

Your post is fine. But I believe you are referring to this picture that I already re-posted.

It seems that the editing Dr. Mohmand did to this picture was an attempt to get rid of the drawn markings.

I've replied to your PM.

Bill

Well

I would request here from all the members to please give some one a chance to defend himself or what ever you have noticed. Jumping on to his character and labelling him immoral and unethical is not only unjust but can also harm him a lot of reputation which that person would be striving for all his life.

I felt so bad and hurt to hear the views of DR Feller and some other members about my character assination.

I am here to further the cause of hair transplant in particular and cosmetic surgery in general.

Give people a chance, there are some geniune people who make geniune mistakes.

Give them a chance......please.

Try to respect other peple openion even if you think he is wrong. Do not class them as bad or unethical.

Just prove them wrong with evidence, not hypotheitcally.

regards to all of you.

with respect to before and after results and flash thingi,
I use flash but its the same light , same room, and same camera, so that I believe is good enough to say, we compare an apple to an apple.

These top pictures will give you a very decent idea of the quality and density of grafts.

I think its preety ok for an ameture.

though ideally what you have said should be done. Unfortunately I do not have a room and full photo room.

Dr. M

That is a good result. If you don't mind, I would like to see a close up un-altered view of your typical "mature" scar on this patient if you can. Your critique of my scar revision techniques on other threads make me interested in your technique and results.

Thanks.
