I just checked the pictures now and it was the same changed ones as showing it.

I never do the pre and post op picture tempering and hve never done it in my life.

It was a geniune mistake that can happen to any human.

Dear Bill

I am posting the pictures again without hiding the face to you,

But please hide the face for me and place it on the we. As he does not want to be recognised at all.

This will make all these people to see what I ment. Actually they will see that I had no reason to hide or temper with the pictures at all. SO tell me why would I temper with them.....there has to be reasons right.

Please Bill do it for me. Just hide his face. Thanks

Dear DR Feller

YES I am a proud medical advisor for hair max. I do things that I believe in, I am sure you might not agree with me or for that matter with anyone. But try to learn how to respect with people who have difference of openion. SOme times, only time can tell if you are right or wrong. Always try not to be judgmental to start with, give people a chance to defend and be impartial.

I see you very very judgemental about the character of people. Please try to give a chnce to every one. I guess we all see other people in our own image.

I feel so sad to hear about the comments by the community they are not prepared to give some one a chance to explain.

Bill please post the pre and post op pictures without the face and then I would request all of you to tell me if I need any tempering with the pictures.........if there is even 1% reason to belive that by doing tempering with the pictures I will get some thing I would withdraw myself.

I have never lied to anyone and neither did I lied to this community. I have been told by so many members privately that there are doctors in community who do not have microscopes but I have never said anything against them.

This is how I am, I am a clinitian and aq skilled surgeon. I do not need any help of photoshop to enhance my results. With grace of Allah, My best results can be compared with any of the top surgeons in the world... but lets compare an apple with an apple.

Mohmand,

The question isn't whether you "needed" to edit the photos. The issue here is that YOU DID edit the photos. Therefore despite any of your claims to the contrary, you lied to the community.

Dear forum members,

The primary question here isn't necessarily whether or not he edited the photos, it's why he edited the photos. Did he "need" to edit the photos in order to make the result appear better? If after seeing the originals, there was obvious intent to deceive, then disciplinary action would need to take place.

After investigating this matter privately with Dr. Mohmand, he sent me the original unedited photos.

It is my opinion that the result was unskewed by his editing of the photos.

Though any editing has the appearance of being deceptive, the originals prove that there was no intent to deceive.

I've asked Dr. Mohmand to post the originals however, due to the time zone difference, I've created a new album on his behalf. The only changes I made to the images was a slight resize and blocking out the face.

At this time, though I agree that it's strange that a number of photos have weird smudge marks and other edits, we do not believe based on the photos we've received that there was any attempt to deceive.

I appreciate Joe bringing this matter to our attention and appreciate the opportunity to be able to investigate it to ensure there was no fowel play.

But at this time, I don't feel any more discussion on this topic is beneficial - especially since all of the anti-laser campaign members are coming forward to argue a completely unrelated topic which I don't appreciate.

Please see the new photo album for your review.

I'd appreciate that the discussion of editing photos and any unrelated discussion like laser therapy does not continue on the new thread. If you have any further opinions on the matter that you feel compelled to discuss, please send me a private message on the matter and we can continue to discuss.

Thanks for understanding,

Bill
