Creatine is found in red meats in small quantities, among other foods. Plus our bodies make it naturally.

Thanks Bill. I think that any sort of supplement is bad for you. My thoughts are to just hit the gym harder and not to worry about supplements. For everybody's general health and well-being (present and future) I would not recommend and supplements.

I do not think one bit creatine causes hairloss. All it does is put water into your muscles for mass/and strength. There is no testosterone / hormone being produced. You get it eating beef/meats as well. It's not that big of a issue and I believe it does not cause any hairloss at all.

Now, if you are taking those testosterone enhancing pills, human growth hormone type supplements, then yea that is a cause for concern. That certainly does do damage.
