what density were you going for dr.?
you lowered and recreated a completely new front third using 1500 grafts.... does this patients, or do you, expect that he will need another pass to achieve the illusion of density for but his crown and recreated front? just trying to get a feel for your long term planning with this guy... thanks for posting these pics, i hope we see this guys updates in about 6-9 months.. taken in similar conditions of course. |

sorry about the late reply, your email had gone into my spam file. With this particular patient, we had discussed the idea of doing all the 2500 grafts in the frontal area. However, the patient insisted that he wanted some of the hair placed in the crown area. He is aware that by spreading the grafts we are compromisiung on the density ofcoarse, but I have to give my suggestions and ultimately compromise with patients needs. He will return for a second procedure once the hair grows out and if he desires more density. However, even with this number of grafts spread out in the front and crown he will get an illusion of a nice coverage. I will post followup pictures in a few months so you can compare. |
