- Rey for Dr. Mohebi US Hair Restoration -

These pictures are of our patient's pre/post-op visits. Patient received his first hair transplant with 2657 grafts total.

Hair Line: 500
Front:1500
Top: 200
Crown: 457

This is his first surgery and is due for an additional surgery in the coming months to add more density to the top and crown area. Patient decided to give a chance to his crown area with medical treatment before trying to surgically restore hair in this area.

Hair is finally growing out but most of them are still not at their final length and size. The final results can be better evaluated after a period of one year from the date of hair transplant surgery.

The purpose of posting this album is to show what someone could expect to see after 8 months. The appearance of baldness is eliminated at frontal view with natural looking hair line.

Wouldn't it have made more sense to give this guy a more mature hairline and greater density? i personally would not be pleased with these results. he still appears to be quite thin. how many grafts is that? who is the doctor? did the doc and patient take future hairloss into consideration when planning that hairline on a nw7? it certainly does not seem like it....

This patient requires a considerable number of grafts in order to achieve the illusion of density as the thinning is quite comprehensive.

Having said the above, it then confuses me as to why the doctor (and patient) would agree to the lowering of the hairline.

Honestly, the after photos look like before photos. This patient is extremely happy? How low were his expectations going in - that this was surgery one of three or four? The doctor is so pleased to show this off as the prime example of his work? Interesting!

Reyes,

This patient appears much improved from his before condition. Like many of our members have indicated, a description of the long term plan for this patient will help us understand your approach on this patient.

I look forward to seeing more examples of Dr. Mohebi's work.

Best wishes,

Bill

Personally I do not think this is a good result.

I did not read any of the comments so Im sorry if some one else asked thid question. Why was this patients hairline lowered? This is an aweful result.

There have been a # of bad results on here latley from surgeons looking for a recommendation, and the scary thing is that some of them have later been recommended. I ask this question Is this site about looking after the welfare of its community or the money it makes from these docs who pay a fee to be recommended?
