This 23 year old Asian male presented in April 2008 with Class 3V-4 hair loss. His goal was to address the frontal area surgically and adopt a medical regimen for the vertex. Dr. Siporin recommended 2200 grafts and a one year trial of Propecia. Shown here is the result of the surgery performed on May 21, 2008- 2264 grafts, 1023 single, 940 double, 301 triple follicular units. While there will be further development of the result, the patient is pleased so far.
