This patient is 1 year post-op and received 2725 grafts. The transplant consisted of 334 1 hair grafts, 2169 2 hair grafts and 222 3+ hair grafts. We transplanted around 1200 grafts in the front to strengthen the hairline.

Dr. Alexander,
This is another very impressive looking result. I'm especially impressed with the re-created natural crown sworl. The hairline looks great too, but since the photos are very bright and in the distance, close-up photos would really help show-off the result. Best wishes, Bill

Bill,
Thank you very much for the comments. This crown actually impressed me when he came in for his check up. It looks even better in person. I have always been a little tired of all the talk about the Zeiring whirl. There isn't any magical pattern that you need to follow to make the crown look good. You just have to be meticulous in following the direction of the existing hairs and you will be able to recreate what god has given you. I will add a couple photos to the photo album to show the crown close up. Thank you, Dr. Alexander
