Hey FSC I just got a copy of the FUE consent form and I see what you are talking about
I cant talk about the others because I dont want to alienate them ,but I would suggest going to the man himself if its just a refund your looking for. Its these refunds that are keeping these results off the net. Its the one smart thing Armani is doing.
