This 50 year old male presented a few years ago having had large 4mm old style plugs placed in what was then a relatively modest-sized bald crown (vertex). As the years went by, a "halo" of bald skin developed around the increasingly larger crown.
We did two sessions on him, and at each session we drilled out (using a 3.5mm rotary punch) all of the old plugs and sutured them with a fine stitch. At each session we also placed around 1300 FU's in the front half of his scalp and a few in the rear midscalp to help camouflage his old work.

Dr.Beehner bet your patient is ecstatic over your impressive corrective procedure. Great to be able to reuse precious Fu's in an area where they are needed.
