This nice fellow came up from the southern states to have correction of frontal triangle hair loss. Over the internet we had discussed an 1800 graft case, but on exam, the day before surgery, we opted for a 2000 graft case, acknowledging that he will likely have further hairloss of his frontal tuft in the future. But because his frontal tuft was really quite nice hair, and because of the inherent "stretchability" of his scalp we opted for this size case. He flew to the west coast for New Years and back yesterday for suture removal. We should see him in a few months and he is to mail me scar pics in 3 weeks.
