This patient had a total of 7701 follicular unit grafts in 3 sessions.

Session 1: 2743 FU
Session 2: 2468 FU
Session 3: 2490 FU

This looks quite good, I'm intrigued. The before pictures are pretty bad, but its patently obvious he was extremely balded; seeing a top-down shot to highlight his crown in particular would be very useful, though, to really give a full evaluation.

He looks *radically* better, though, either way!

I think it's a dramatic transformation. It should be noted that the patient's side hair (where he used to have a "horseshoe") will almost certainly continue to bald, necessitating at least one more session in the future.

By the way, what was the time frame for all three transplants?
