Lovin it Doc - Great use of his hair characteristic and very appropriate - does the patient plan on any more sessions - Suely he must be greedy..hair greed not got the better of him as with a result like that from sub 3000 grafts he must be chomping at the bit to get back in the chair, no?

Hello Spex,

Good to hear from you. We always appreciate your comments, and advise to our patients. This patient is considering another procedure to thicken up the back. As of yet he hasn't set a date. The good thing is he has plenty of donor hair to take care of any hair loss he will have in the future. He certainly does love what he has so far!! Thanks for all your comments. Thank you Bill for your kind words also!!

Take Care,
Dr. Scott Alexander

Nice and natural. Very similar to the swimmer guy of mine that we referred to in a similar thread.

Good work.

Great job Dr. Alexander. Since he has plenty of donor hair, it would really enhance his appearance to fill in or thicken his crown.

I did not see a lateral photograph; did you thicken up his temples with this transplant?

Dr. Gabel,

We did thicken up his tempels with this transplant that blended in very well. He is considering another transplant in the future. I agree. That would really make his hair look great and would give him a nice finished result. Thank you for the nice words.

Was work done beyond the frontal 1/3? In the before pics it looks like all the grafts were transplanted in the front. However the final pics make it look much fuller in the frontal 2/3. Is there something I am not seeing? Not trying to be a jerk, just curious.

The final result does look good.

Hello Headinahole,
There was no work done past the frontal 1/3. This patient is taking Propecia and I believe it is helping. The way this patient combs his hair helps disguise the thinning and makes it appear fuller.
Thanks for all your nice words!!

Take Care,
Dr. Scott Alexander
