I started noticing my hair was thinning in my mid 20's (mainly my hairline) and by my mid 20's my crown started to thin out. I pannicked and resorted to buzz cuts to stem the flow of my hair loss and conceal it. For a period of 2-3 years i virtually had accepted that nothing was going to bring my hair back, i regret this now as i could have gone on rogaine and proscar which would have put me in a less precarious position later on. By my late 20's i started to have a deep complexity with my hair loss and began to look into restoring my hair. I became aware of a certain company who were heavily promoting themselves and using a couple of footballers to emphasise their method, so i went as saw them. To cut a long story short, the crafty scumbag salesman preyed on my vulnerabilty and basically made me believe i was getting some type of high tech procedure when all i got was a very expensive wig. I was devestated and depression set in. After a while the depression went away and i finally began to accept my medium scale baldness, and besides buzz cuts suited me. Fast forward a couple years to now and after a relationship break up i began to explore my options again, thats when i started reading these forums and got in contact with spex. The end result is me flying to new york and getting a HT with Dr Feller. My post on my experience to follow.
