Starting loosing hair around my hairline back in 1998 after years of braids and bad perms. Tried masking lotions, colored sprays, mascara, dye, Toppix, Minoxidil (irritated my skin) dark eye shadow...you name it. Even considered getting a hair simulation tat. My Dermatologist performed a scalp biopsy a few years back. Results say it's traction alopecia with some scarring. Had a free hair transplant consult in VA. Not sure if it was the dingy nurse with dirty nails or the pushy sales person that had me running for the hills. Still researching docs..and pricing...
